You can appoint our arbitrators to make binding decisions under the Arbitration Act of Alberta. Leap! Divorce Arbitrators specialize in the area of family and divorce, and are appointed by you to make binding decisions when there is an impasse in mediation. Through the Arbitration Process (Private Court) they will make a decision that resolves disputes related to the division of matrimonial property, parenting plans, access, mobility, and support. An arbitrator is your private judge.
